Omicron Hotels has officially announced the opening of Caléa, its latest restaurant offering a Mediterranean Italian fine dining experience in Crete. Part of the Omicron Hotel group, Caléa is helmed by Michelin-starred Chef Gerardo Metta — one of Europe’s most celebrated chefs. His signature menu brings together the precision of haute cuisine with the warmth of Mediterranean hospitality, in collaboration with Executive Chef Manolis Kastanakis.
